Taste of the South Restaurant opened its doors in September 2015, offering good down home cooked meals, all in a clean family friendly, smoke-free atmosphere, complete with Big Screen TV and free Wifi. If you love a good burger, a real burger, we've got em', we offer; hamburgers, cheeseburgers, mushroom-swiss burgers, bacon cheeseburgers and more. At Taste of the South, we make our own bar-b-que on the premises. Offering the freshest cooked ribs, pulled pork, brisket, tips, chicken, and even bar-b-qued Bologna!! If you love fish come try our catfish plates, we offer fish every day, but leave room for one of Judy's delicious homemade desserts. Have one of our plate lunch specials, offered daily. Taste of the South is located at 1842 Canton Road, Cadiz. Open Sunday thru Thursday 6am-2pm for Breakfast and Lunch, and Friday and Saturday 6am-8pm for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. New to Taste of the South; outdoor dining and we now offer wine and beer. We offer a private dining room for club meetings or your large family gathering.
