I was in Law Enforcement for 24 years (recently retired), 22 years married to the best wife ever and we have a beautiful 13-year-old daughter. This is truly a family business. Due to my stressful occupation, I needed a hobby. I love to cook, smoke, and grill food for friends and family. No better way to shake off the stress of a busy day, than to cook for friends. I needed a good rub seasoning to learn how to smoke meats and grill. I tried looking for that perfect blend of sweetness and spice. I just couldn't find it. So, I decided to make my own. After several years of trial and error, I finally found what I was looking for. So many told me to market it, so here it is.
