beautiful 43,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with state-of-the-art
circuit equipment, free weights, and specialized cardio
machines. Walk or run in peace while you enjoy the spectacular
aerial view of the Wellness Center from the indoor track.

If you love basketball, pickleball, or volleyball, their gym
is always a bustle of activity. If cross-training is more of your
fitness focus, they have a room dedicated to this with self-propelled
treadmills, rowers, sled push and pulls, Jacobs Ladders, platforms for lifting,
and TRX equipment and classes.

Down the hallway, you’ll find their aerobic
studio. This is both beautiful and functional with full-length
mirrors and a view of the river outside. They offer over 40 Group Ex
classes that rotate in style every 8 weeks as well as their specialty fitness
classes.

For parents, the Nursery and Kids Corner is a fabulous childcare area that allows mom and dad to work out without worrying about the
kids! During the summer season, the outdoor pool is always a popular
area.
